Date, time and location records for parking pass use by past and present councillors were ordered to be released, based on a need for transparency and accountability. The threshold for exemption as a threat to health and safety was not achieved. - Order PO-2927 (November 9, 2010)
Proposed search fees for retrieving relatively recent records were found to be excessive based on the institution's failure to implement proper records management practices.
